My work is depth coaching and soul guidance: slow, honest conversation that follows the threads of your life down to where your truest self has been waiting. At the heart of it all is ceremony.
I have watched ceremony rebuild what modern life breaks apart: in my own body, on my own land, and in the women who sit across from me. From a wooden yurt in rural Oregon, I tend the land and an altar the way it has always been tended, not because it is quaint, but because it is medicine.
For most of human history, ceremony was not separate from living. It was the practice through which people stayed whole: kin to themselves, to each other, and to the earth beneath their feet. Most of us have lost the thread of it. We are too consumed with constant doing to feel the pulse of life moving through us, and through the ground we stand on.
Here, we say, no more. We breathe. We remember. We plant the seeds of the sacred in our lives and tend them, gently and earnestly, and our entire lives transform.
This is the work of the wild, the willing, the feral-hearted, and the courageous. This path is not for the faint of heart. I did not arrive at it as a theory. I arrived at it broken open, and it put me back together in a way nothing else had. (You can read that story on my About page.)
