Wild Heart Medicine
A self-guided journey back to your intuition, your desire, and your aliveness
For the woman who is exhausted from trying to fix herself and wants to simply know herself.
Three guided audio journeys, a companion journal, and a guidebook of practice and ceremony.
Self-paced and yours to keep forever.
Maybe you have been holding more than you consciously know.
Shoulders braced. A weight in your chest. A knot beneath your ribs that you have carried so long, you barely fit anymore.
You are longing for more. More trust in yourself. More pleasure. More of the feeling of being truly alive.
The longing is not a sign that you are doing it wrong. It is your heart, asking to be heard.
And it will not be answered by another book, another wellness protocol, or another attempt at telling yourself you should be grateful.
Your heart will keep calling.
Because some things cannot be reasoned out from the neck up, they need the body. They need silence. They need deep soil for the heart to take root in.
Where this medicine comes from
This work was born from my own experience of losing the thread of connection to my wild heart. Years of just surviving, living in an abusive marriage, and struggling with addiction. I did not know who I was anymore.
In 2019, my life broke open. My marriage collapsed. My daughter moved into her first apartment. I was alone inside of the wreckage of what I once called my life, and I did not know where to turn.
But I began, in that dark night of the soul, to hear a voice inside of me - That, I now know, was my wild heart: “Go out, Marianna, go out on the land”
So I went. Day after day I walked, prayed, left small gifts, and spoke my sorrows out loud.
The living earth held me when no human could.
Wild Heart Medicine is the distilled version of what carried me home. Not a theory.
The path I actually walked.
It is also birthed from the women who have sat across from me in the circles I facilitate and in my coaching practice (strong, capable women who, too, have felt that this essential connection and deep knowing of the heart was lost to them)
I came to see that if any of us wanted a chance of healing, and not living our lives as some weird hell of a constant self-improvement project, we had to develop the ability to listen to our own truth, our own hearts, and our wild aliveness.
Who this is for
For the woman who is exhausted from trying to fix herself, and long to simply know herself.
This might be for you if…
You feel disconnected from yourself, and you miss your real laugh, the wonder you used to feel, and the sense that your life is actually yours.
You have spent years tending everyone else's needs, and now you're not even sure you know your own.
Some part of you knew something was wrong long before you let yourself admit it, and you're tired of not trusting what you know.
You carry heartache, anger, or longing that you don’t know how to express or feel without the fear of being swallowed by it.
You are so tired of the endless work of fixing yourself.
Somewhere in your bones, you know life was meant to be more than just surviving.
You are drawn to nature and ritual, and you want something rooted and true, not performed.
This is not another meditation collection, and this is not another flavor at the self-help ice cream stand.
It is a ceremonial approach to your inner life
You do not need to become more spiritual or change who you are. You need a way to know yourself more deeply and trust the wisdom already alive inside of you. No one else can do this for you. The map is already written in your own heart.
The Three Journeys
The journeys are intentionally sequenced this way because it's easier to hear what is true, and to meet what hurts, when you first feel grounded and supported.
The Heart of the Earth
A grounding journey down through the breath and body, your roots reaching through soil and stone towards the earth's beating heart and the support that is always here for you.
The part where you stop holding yourself up all alone.
The Wild Heart
A guided journey inward to the wild heart that has always known the way. Here you connect, you remember, and you hear what she has been longing to tell you.
The part where you stop outsourcing your knowing.
The Wounded Heart
A tender place to meet the grief your heart has been carrying. The endings, the losses, the life that you thought you would have.
The part where your sorrow finally has space to breathe and move.
Rooting first, then listening, then tending what hurts.
Return as often as you need. You will leave with something felt in your body and claimed in your heart, not just understood in your mind.
A welcome video to orient you to what is here and how to walk through this offering.
Three guided audio journeys. To guide you through the process of rooting into support, hearing your heart and desire, and gently working with grief and pain.
A guidebook of practice and ceremony to companion you on your journey.
A fillable PDF journal with prompts to bring you deeper into your connection with your heart, intuition, and desire.
Lifetime access - yours to return to whenever you wish.
What Wild Heart Medicine Offers You
A clearer sense of what your body has been trying to tell you, so that you know when to rest instead of pushing through, and you catch the tightness in your chest before it becomes another sleepless night.
The courage to name what you want, and let it matter, so that you can have hard conversations without rehearsing them for days, apologizing for your needs, or abandoning yourself halfway through.
A gentler way to meet your grief, so that you trust your ability to hold the pain and it stops ambushing you in the grocery store or at 2 a.m. and becomes something you can sit with instead of pushing away.
Simple ceremonies for turning toward the earth when you need grounding, so that on the hard days you have somewhere to set down what you're carrying besides your own two shoulders.
Deeper trust in your own intuition, so that you can make a decision without polling five friends, and feel settled in it afterward
A simple way of daily tending your deepest self, without a rigid structure or program, so that you keep coming back to yourself even when life gets full, without a sense of failure or the rigid structure of a program that asks to much of you.
What I do not believe you need
Someone telling you the right way to heal. There is only your way.
Endless positivity, or rising above your own humanity.
To rush through your grief or force it away.
One more spiritual practice that tells you what you have to do.
A dramatic breakthrough.
Sometimes the medicine is quiet. Sometimes it sounds like: I can feel myself again.
A little about me
I'm Marianna Iverson, a depth coach, soul guide, and women's circle facilitator. I have been holding circles, offering ceremonies, and working one-to-one with women for the last three years.
Through deep inquiry, story, nature connection, and ceremony,
I guide women into relationship with their own wild hearts.
I spent more than twenty years working professionally with the aging and dying, an experience that taught me an awful lot about living. I am a trained wilderness rites of passage guide through the School of Lost Borders, and I studied for two years with Stephen Jenkinson at the Orphan Wisdom School. As a yoga teacher, I spent hundreds of hours guiding students in asana practice and body-based meditation.
I live an intentionally slow and small life in a hand-built wooden yurt among the Douglas fir forests of Northwest Oregon, where I grow a huge vegetable garden and spend as much of my life as possible wandering the woods.
What women are saying about working with me
“You helped me remember who I am at my core.”
Marianna, your offering came to me at exactly the moment my soul needed it most. Your guidance was gentle yet deeply profound, meeting me exactly where I was each week. You didn’t shy away from the heaviness or the grief; instead, you gently led me to face it, to honor it, and to allow it to flow through me. You held space with such sincerity, always pointing me back to myself and helping me remember who I am at my core. Thank you for your gentle power, for seeing me so clearly, and for walking beside me through this transformation.

“It has been the best thing I’ve done.”
What a genuine and life-changing gift working with Marianna has been. Her ability to meet me where I was, paired with her natural insight to recognize, support, and guide, made this journey so meaningful. Marianna’s lightness, compassion, and wealth of knowledge were the perfect combination to explore and reconnect with myself. What’s important to me? What does it look like to honor myself? Listen to my heart? Opening this Pandora’s box can be daunting, but with Marianna it has been the best thing I’ve done.

“Once we are truly witnessed, we can never be the same.”
It is one thing to be so thoroughly heard by a helper and witness, but to also be seen and reflected back with kindness and detailed clarity. Even though it was a challenge to be so visible in my vulnerability, Marianna made risking that so worth it. There is a great quote that says “once we are truly witnessed, we can never be the same.” That is how I feel at the end of our working together. This journey is truly “Soul Medicine.”
